This week's 6 Degrees of Creativity spotlight features Lani Gerity who is offering the workshop Six Easy Lessons for a Happy Artist's Life.  It is very exciting to have Lani contribute her inspiring work and creative goodness dedicated to the arts and happiness for this event!

Lani holds a doctorate from NYU in art therapy and has been practicing art therapy since 1980, with an emphasis on dissociative identity disorder and puppet-making. Lani is the author of Creativity and the Dissociative Patient, and editor of Edith Kramer's collection of papers, Art as Therapy, along with various articles and chapters in other books. She writes, leads workshops, teaches and supervises art therapists in Canada and in the US. Her current research is in the fields of positive psychology, culture, and art therapy. Lani also blogs and offers awesome e-courses and e-zines focusing on happiness, joy, self-care, art & play.
